Orders and contract

Read the product description, select the correct pack and check your delivery address and total before ordering. The contract is formed when you complete the order and we confirm it by email. Contact us promptly if details are incorrect or you wish to cancel. Statutory cancellation rights apply.

Prices and payment

Prices and the currency for your market are displayed in the store. Available payment methods, shipping and taxes collected by us are shown at checkout before payment. Norwegian consumer prices include taxes required to be included. We do not add fees after you approve the total. Payments are processed by the payment providers shown at checkout. We do not store complete card details.

Delivery

We deliver to Norway, the United States and the European countries available at checkout. Goods are shipped by our logistics partner and may originate from a warehouse abroad. See our shipping policy for transit estimates and assistance. Unless otherwise expressly agreed, delivery must take place without undue delay and within 30 days of purchase. Contact us about delays. Your statutory remedies for delays remain available. Risk passes when you or your representative receives the goods, subject to exceptions provided by law.

Cancellation and returns

Purchases covered by Norwegian cancellation law have a 14-day right to cancel. We also offer 30-day voluntary returns under our returns policy, which includes the return address, cost allocation, refund rules and cancellation form.

Defective goods

Contact NORVYRA rather than our supplier. For Norwegian consumer purchases, report defects within a reasonable time after discovering them; two months is always sufficient. The overall claim period is normally two years, or five years for goods intended to last substantially longer. Repair, replacement, a price reduction, cancellation or damages may be available under applicable law. Voluntary guarantees and return offers do not limit these rights.

Applicable law and complaints

These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Mandatory consumer protections applicable where you live are not limited. Contact us first about any disagreement. Norwegian consumers may refer unresolved disputes to Forbrukertilsynet for mediation. Disputes may be brought before the competent court under applicable rules.
