14-day statutory right to cancel

For purchases covered by Norwegian cancellation law, you may cancel without giving a reason. Clearly notify us within 14 days after you or your nominated recipient receives the goods. For split deliveries, the period starts when the last item arrives. You may email us or use the form below. Prior approval is not required to exercise this statutory right.

Send the goods back within 14 days after notifying us. You pay the direct cost of an ordinary return. You may open the packaging and inspect the goods as you would in a shop. We may only claim compensation for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the goods' nature, characteristics and function, where permitted by law.

30-day voluntary returns

We also accept return requests within 30 days after delivery. After the statutory cancellation period, this offer applies to unused items in their original packaging with proof of purchase. Contact us for instructions. You pay return shipping. This offer does not limit statutory cancellation rights or rights relating to defective goods.

Refunds

For statutory cancellation, we refund the purchase price and the cost of our least expensive standard delivery without undue delay, within 14 days of your notification. Extra costs for a more expensive delivery option are not refunded. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or evidence that they were sent back, whichever occurs first. Refunds use the original payment method without a refund fee. Your bank may take additional time to display the credit.

For voluntary returns after the cancellation period, the item price is refunded within 10 business days after we receive and approve the return.

Defective, damaged or incorrect items

Contact us with your order number and a description of the problem. Photos are helpful if available. We handle claims under applicable consumer rights and cover necessary return costs for valid defect claims. You do not need to contact our supplier. Statutory rights also apply to discounted goods.
