Shipping and delivery

We ship our products to Norway, the United States and the European countries available at checkout. Standard tracked shipping is free in these markets. Available delivery options and your total are shown before payment.

Processing and transit

Orders are processed by our logistics partner CJdropshipping. Items in the same order may arrive in separate parcels. Processing time varies with stock and capacity and is additional to transit time.

Products may ship from China or another available warehouse depending on the item and destination. Supplier estimates for the routes checked are 5–10 days to Norway from China and 5–11 days to the US from China. FurMitt shipped from US stock has an estimated transit time of 3–8 days. Transit times to other European countries vary by country and route; contact us for a current estimate before ordering. These estimates apply after dispatch and are not guaranteed delivery times or the total time from ordering. Stock, carriers, holidays and customs can affect delivery. We will inform you if a delay occurs.

Unless expressly agreed otherwise, goods must be delivered without undue delay and no later than 30 days after purchase. Your rights in the event of a delay are not limited by these estimates.

Tracking and delivery address

We send a shipping confirmation with tracking information when available. Tracking may take time to update. Check your delivery address before ordering and contact us promptly about mistakes. Changes may not be possible once a shipment is processed.

Taxes and international shipments

Taxes collected by us are shown before payment. International shipments may be subject to local import charges and carrier customs clearance fees that are not collected at checkout. Contact us before purchasing if you need clarification for your destination.

Delivery issues

Contact NORVYRA at post@shopnorvyra.com with your order number if a parcel is delayed, damaged or missing. We follow up with our logistics partner; you do not need to deal with the supplier yourself. See our return policy and terms of service.
